Blair's Annual Playoff Pool (aka Stanley's Bowl)

Description of the tournament

It is 10$ for entry. The prize distribution will depend on the number of applicants, but it will be roughly money back to third and 75% of the remainder to the winner and 25% to second place.
Each round you can go to http://stanleysbowl.blogspot.ca fill out to choose your winners of each series. I will try to give you as much time as possible (this round you have until Wednesday at 7 pm). If you are late, every game that has started by the time you submit your prediction will cost you 2 points. So don't be late.
Scoring.

In round 1 you get 2 points for choosing the winner of a series. If you choose the winner and the number of games it takes you get an additional 1 point for a total of 3 points/series. Note you don't get any points for choosing the number of games but the wrong winner.
In round 2 you get 2 points for the winner and an additional 1 point for a total of 3 points/series.
In round 3 you get 4 points for the winner and an additional 2 point for a total of 6 points/series.
In round 4 (the Stanley Cup finals) you get 4 points for the winner and 2 points for number of games for a total of 6 points for the series
*** There will also be a bonus awarded for predicting the Conn Smythe. If you predict who it is before the first round you will get 8 points (if you predict before the second round you get 6 points, before the third round 4 points, and before the finals 2 points). Each round you will again be asked who you think will win. If you want to leave your answer from the previous round you would submit "Same".

Feel free to use a team name when it asks for your name on the google form, just make sure you use the same one each round.
